Prof. Dr. Eleanor Reeves is an internationally respected scholar and education strategist, celebrated for her leadership in digital pedagogy, academic innovation, and educational transformation. Over a distinguished career spanning more than 20 years, she has guided institutions in redefining learning for the digital age, blending traditional academic integrity with modern technological fluency.
Before joining Woodcroft University, Dr. Reeves served as the Director of Educational Transformation and Leadership Studies at the University of Edinburgh. Her initiatives in eLearning systems, teacher leadership, and policy reform have influenced national education models in the United States, the UK, and the Middle East.
At Woodcroft University, she leads the Faculty of Education, Leadership & Learning Innovation, where she champions learner-centered, technology-driven education models that empower educators and students alike. Her philosophy revolves around the idea that education is not confined to classrooms — it’s an ecosystem of innovation, inclusion, and lifelong curiosity.
Dr. Reeves’s research focuses on the intersection of technology, leadership, and pedagogy. Her studies explore how AI-powered learning systems, adaptive instruction models, and educational policy frameworks can improve learning outcomes and institutional performance.She directs the Woodcroft Center for Innovation in Education (WCIE) — a cross-faculty initiative aimed at developing AI-assisted teaching tools, teacher professional development frameworks, and strategic leadership models for online universities.Her work has been widely published in journals such as Educational Leadership Review, International Journal of Online Learning, and Teaching and Learning Quarterly.
