Prof. Dr. Raymond Chen is a globally recognized expert in Cybersecurity, Cloud
Infrastructure,
and Digital Risk Governance. With more than 20 years of experience in both academic
leadership
and industry innovation, he has played a pivotal role in shaping modern security frameworks
for
cloud-native enterprises and digital universities.
Before joining Woodcroft University, Dr. Chen led Cyber Research Initiatives at the National
Institute for Advanced Technology (NIAT) and served as a senior consultant for multiple
Fortune
500 technology companies on threat modeling, zero-trust architectures, and secure cloud
transformation.
At Woodcroft University, Dr. Chen has been the driving force behind the Faculty of
Cybersecurity
& Cloud Engineering, integrating next-generation courses in Quantum-Resistant Cryptography,
Digital Forensics, and Cloud Security Governance. His mission is to empower professionals
