3. Eligibility & User Responsibility

To use Woodcroft University Services, you must:

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. The University reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.

4. Admissions & Enrollment

• Submission of an application does not guarantee admission
• Admission decisions are based on academic evaluation, eligibility, institutional capacity, and internal review
• The University reserves the right to:

Woodcroft University reserves the right to revise, suspend, or discontinue any program or course at its discretion.

6. Fees, Payments & Registration

• All registration fees are strictly non-refundable
• Tuition fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule
• Failure to meet financial obligations may result in:
• Suspension of academic access
• Withholding of transcripts, certificates, or degrees

Refunds, cancellations, sponsorships, and financing are governed by the official Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Cancellation & Withdrawal

• Students may request withdrawal or cancellation in writing
• Cancellation charges may apply after enrollment or after one month of academic usage
• Cancellation charges range from $200 to $999, depending on program level
• Registration fees and non-refundable charges remain payable

8. Sponsorships & Third-Party Funding

• Sponsorship arrangements are external agreements between the student and the sponsor
• Sponsored tuition is non-refundable
• Woodcroft University does not modify, cancel, or intervene in sponsorship contracts
• Sponsored students may cancel admission, but no refund will be issued

9. Loans & Financing

Loans and EMI plans are offered through independent third-party loan partners

• Loan agreements are binding contracts between the student and the lender
• Loan cancellation is generally not permitted once educational services are delivered
• Any loan refund or cancellation is subject solely to the loan partner’s policies

10. Academic Integrity & Conduct

Students must adhere to the University’s standards of academic honesty and ethical conduct.Prohibited activities include:

• Plagiarism, cheating, or impersonation
• Misuse of learning platforms
• Harassment of faculty, staff, or peers

Unauthorized sharing of course materials

Violations may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or expulsion without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, including:

• Course materials
• Videos
• Text
• Logos
• Research outputs

are the intellectual property of Woodcroft University or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

12. Technology & Access

Students are responsible for:

• Maintaining required hardware, software, and internet connectivity
• Ensuring secure access to their accounts

The University is not liable for disruptions caused by external technical failures.

13. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Woodcroft University does not guarantee:

• Employment or job placement
• Promotion or salary increase
• Professional licensure or certification
• Recognition or equivalency of qualifications in all jurisdictions

Career services and internships are academic support features, not contractual guarantees.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Use of the Services is governed by the University’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with applicable laws and institutional policies.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woodcroft University shall not be liable for:
